Wellness, health and leadership have always been at the core of my life. I am consistently dedicated to achieving my own personal fitness goals that have given me the desire to teach, train and motivate others to achieve their goals! Being involved in the fitness industry for over 28 years, I like to consider myself an expert in the industry. I believe in creating workout plans that are ever evolving and teaching my clients to find consistency with their health and wellness journey, which takes discipline! I'm committed to breaking the diet culture and I have a broad knowledge base to teach clients how to properly fuel their bodies without feeling restricted.

I am the founder & creator of many fitness entities & currently co-own an award winning national franchise, Starcycle Santa Barbara. I've also been lucky enough to be featured twice as an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.

My passion in life is helping women crush their middle age! Let’s face it, as we get older our bodies change & that’s ok! I'm here to coach you through it, and support you every step of the way. I embrace a life of balance and want the same for my clients. Living a full life, having the results you desire without dieting and restriction... it’s possible!
